The Pipeline page at truenorth.madeformeai.com/pipeline is a live Kanban board pulling directly from Twenty CRM. Every card is a real opportunity record — drag it to update the stage in the CRM instantly.

Where Leads Come From

Website Form

The Get a Quote form creates a lead directly in Twenty CRM as a Person + Opportunity with stage NEW.

Discord Sales Agent

When the Sales Agent qualifies a lead in #solar-sales, it creates the same CRM record automatically.

Using the Board

  • Drag a card to move it to the next stage — updates live in Twenty CRM
  • Click a card to see contact details, deal value, and close date
  • All changes sync back to Twenty — your team always has the same view

CRM: Twenty

The underlying CRM is Twenty — an open-source Salesforce alternative. Advanced users can access it directly at the CRM URL for full record management, reporting, and workflow automation.
Dragging a card to Won or Lost is final in the pipeline view. For corrections, go directly to the Twenty CRM record.
