AI Agent Overview

TrueNorth Solar runs three specialized AI agents through Discord. Each agent has its own persona, channel, and knowledge scope. They hand off to each other and surface into the team dashboard as real CRM leads.

All three agents run on a shared Hermes gateway with separate personality profiles. Each profile has a distinct system prompt, memory configuration, and tool access. The gateway is OpenAI-compatible and connects to OpenAI Codex for inference.
