Sales Agent

The Sales Agent is TrueNorth’s front-line AI for inbound interest. It runs in #solar-sales on Discord, available 24/7, and is designed to be consultative — not pushy.

What It Does

Asks the right questions to assess fit: home ownership, province, approximate monthly hydro bill, roof age, and shading concerns. Only qualified leads move forward to the CRM pipeline.
Using the customer’s utility bill, province, and typical solar irradiance data, the agent provides a rough payback period and annual savings estimate — setting realistic expectations upfront.
Walks customers through available options: cash purchase, financing (0% promo rates), lease, and available provincial incentives.
When a lead is ready, the agent collects contact info and flags the record for the sales team to schedule a site survey. The lead appears directly in the CRM pipeline.

Leads submitted via the website Get a Quote form also land directly in the same pipeline.
